Tag Cloud Sidebox ( OpenCart Mod )

This is just the tagcloud sidebox portion of the old tagcloud upgraded to work with the new tag field that is built into version 1.4.7 of opencart. I have also added the ability to choose font sizes based on random or relative to how many products have that tag associated.

updated for 1.4.8 works with 1.4.9

updated with better query in 1.4.9 and 1.5.x verison. Everything done with one query and should now actually return true random set of tags.

Updated to work with 1.5.1+ still does not work with 1.5.0.x
